Ermin Bičakčić (born 24 January 1990) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a centre back for German club Hoffenheim and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. ==Club career== On 27 October 2010, Bičakčić made his debut for the VfB Stuttgart first team, during the second round of the 2010–11 DFB-Pokal against Chemnitzer FC. On 1 December 2010, he had his first appearance in the UEFA Europa League against BSC Young Boys. On 19 December 2010, he made his Bundesliga debut against FC Bayern Munich. On 8 January 2012, Bičakčić moved to Eintracht Braunschweig. In Braunschweig he became a regular starter in the 2. Bundesliga, missing only one league game between February 2012 and May 2013. At the end of the 2012–13 2. Bundesliga season, Bičakčić and his team won promotion to the Bundesliga. On 20 May 2014 Bičakčić signed for 1899 Hoffenheim. After starting season strongly, and featuring often in the best 11 of matchday, he was injured and missed 4 matchdays, and subsequently being on the bench for the next 3. In November, he returned to first 11 and stayed a regular starter throughout the season.
